By using this website and purchasing a HahaMessage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We’ll manage.

2. Nature of the service

HahaMessage creates humorous, satirical call-style messages intended for entertainment purposes only.

All HahaMessages are:

  • fictional
  • exaggerated
  • meant as jokes
  • not factual statements or advice

Nothing generated by HahaMessage should be taken seriously. Especially the delivery.

3. Responsibility for content

By creating and sending a HahaMessage, you accept full responsibility for:

  • the content generated
  • how it is used
  • who it is sent to
  • any reaction, offense, or consequence resulting from it

Not Serious Brand is not responsible for:

  • offended recipients
  • damaged relationships
  • awkward family dinners
  • workplace HR meetings
  • emotional overreactions

If you send a HahaMessage to someone who can’t handle it, that’s on you.

4. Offensive content disclaimer

HahaMessage content may include sarcasm, teasing, exaggeration, and absurd humor.

5. Payments and refunds

  • no subscriptions are involved

Due to the personalized nature of the service, all sales are final.
Refunds are not guaranteed once a HahaMessage has been generated.

If something technically breaks, contact us and we’ll investigate.

6. Free credits

From time to time, free HahaMessage credits may be offered.

You agree that:

  • free credits have no cash value
  • free credits cannot be exchanged for money
  • free credits are usable only within the HahaMessage service
  • free credits may expire or be revoked at any time

Free humor is rare. Use it wisely.

7. Delivery times

HahaMessages are usually delivered within minutes, but delivery times may vary.

You acknowledge that:

  • delivery is not guaranteed to be instant
  • occasional delays may occur
  • custom messages may take longer

We move fast. Just not always on your schedule.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, visuals, audio, and formats associated with HahaMessage are owned by Not Serious Brand.

You may:

  • share HahaMessages with intended recipients
  • post them on social media

You may not:

  • resell HahaMessages
  • claim ownership of the content or format
  • use the service to build competing products

There’s only one HahaMessage.

9. Service availability

We reserve the right to:

  • modify or discontinue the service at any time
  • limit usage
  • refuse service in cases of abuse or misuse

If someone tries to use HahaMessage for actual harm, we’re out.

10. Limitation of liability

16. No refunds

Due to the personalized and instant nature of the service:

  • all sales are final
  • refunds are not guaranteed once a HahaMessage has been generated

If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact support and we’ll review it.

17. Delivery disclaimer

HahaMessages are usually delivered within minutes but may occasionally take longer.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by technical issues
  • emails landing in spam or junk folders
  • incorrect email addresses entered by the user
  • temporary service interruptions
